     Detroit Steam is an 80 proof vodka distilled from corn, and is bottled crystal clear with no hint of color.  The nose is bright with mild notes of citrus and bamboo, and the structure is quite neutral with a medium alcohol burn.  The flavor is clean with only subtle pear flavors, lemon peel and gentian.  The finish is medium short.
